But we, brethren, having been taken away from you for a short while--in person, not in spirit--were all the more eager with great desire to see your face.

1 Thessalonians 2:17

Let's gather!

Worship with us either in-person or online at one of our weekly services:

Sunday:  9am  |  11am  |  6pm

Wednesday:  7pm

In response to Governor Gordon's newest health orders (effective June 15th) exempting churches from gathering restrictions, this what our in-person gatherings will look like for now

  • Nursery and Toddler classes are currently available during each of our services. Click here to see what to expect.
  • Preschool classes are available at our 9am & 11am Sunday services and our 7pm Wednesday service. Click here to see what to expect.
  • Children in grades 1st-6th are welcome to sit with their families. Currently, our Calvary Kids programs for these ages are waiting for more volunteers to be in place before we can offer these classes again.
  • Bring your own beverages (with lids) as our Coffee Shop is not yet open.
  • Prayer will be available after each service at one of the tents in front of the building. We encourage you to stop by and allow one of our volunteers to pray with you!
  • We are not handing out our weekly bulletins. As an alternative you can receive our Weekly Email Updates. To subscribe to these click here.

Plan your visit

When you go to a new place for the first time it's nice to know what to expect, and trying a new church is no different. We want to help make your first experience at Calvary Chapel Cheyenne be a great one.

Where we're located:

9209 Ridge Rd, Cheyenne, WY 82009

Here are a few tips for your first visit:

  • Dress up or dress casual...it's up to you. You'll see people in jeans and people in a tie. What you wear on the outside doesn't really matter, just be yourself.
  • Your children are welcome to join you in the sanctuary during service. A Mother's Room is available for moms with babies who would appreciate some privacy while still being able to listen to the service.
  • Know that our services are about 60 minutes in length. The service will begin with a time of worship led by our worship team followed by verse-by-verse Bible teaching. Typically, on Sunday mornings the teachings are in the New Testament and on Wednesday evenings teachings are in the Old Testament.
  • We normally offer communion nearly every single week as part of the worship time During this time a pastor or elder will explain communion and invite those who are believers in Jesus Christ to partake in communion together, utilizing single-serving communion cups and bread. This is open to all believers, even if you don't already call Calvary home.

If you have other questions before you come, just call our church office (307-635-2977). We'd love to talk to and make you feel at home.

Our ultimate goal:  Grace

Ultimately, we trust that you will be full of grace with everyone who is either attending service alongside you or serving you while you are here. There are many opinions out there regarding COVID-19, but let's remember to have the mind of Christ and think of others more highly than ourselves. Let's rejoice in this opportunity to gather together as one body, unified by our love for Jesus and others.
