What is pure desire ministries?
Through confidential small groups, Pure Desire Ministries provides men and women the opportunity to take back their lives from unwanted sexual behavior and betrayal trauma.
Here at Calvary we offer a Pure Desire group for men and a Betrayal & Beyond group for women.
pure desire
Pure Desire is a small group that helps men work through sexual addiction. This group equips men to walk in repentance, live in purity and experience freedom from addiction. Groups meet weekly on Tuesday evenings and last from 10 months to a year. You can join up to 2 1/2 months from the start of a new group. However, if you miss the deadline, Doug can refer you to other groups in town or put you on a waiting list. New groups start every year.

betrayal and beyond
Betrayal & Beyond is a small group that provides women a place to process the pain and reality of their husband’s struggle with sexual addiction. In this group women learn to process their pain, access their trauma, establish healthy boundaries, explore the depth of forgiveness, and create a plan of restoration and healing. Due to the sensitive nature of the subject matter, the group is confidential. Groups meet weekly on Monday evenings and last approximately nine months.
